I would like to take a moment to give the highest compliment to Gray Matters, particularly Jill Piazzi. I had to place my parents into a facility for 24 hour care and I was totally unprepared to do this but under advisement from their doctors I was left no choice but to do so. I live in New England and my parents live in Texas. I am an only child and I needed to make sure that my parents had whatever they needed. My mom is a bit difficult and has no friends and so basically I hired Jill to be an extra pair of eyes and to be my mom's friend. Jill made good friends with my parents and was always there for them. She took them to offsite appointments and always kept me informed of their condition and state of mind. My parents were always happy and looked forward to Jill's visits. I highly recommend Jill if you are in need of tender loving professional assistance with your loved one(s).

I cannot overstate the quality and diligence of Jill Piazzi's care for my ailing stepmother, Paulette. For over five years, Jill (as "Gray Matters") consistently demonstrated her expertise in elder care. When Paulette was merely "challenging," Jill offered sage advice. But as Paulette's dementia advanced, Jill oversaw every aspect of her care. Jill's phenomenal understanding of -- and extensive experience with -- dementia patients was crucial. But it was Jill's wisdom-tempered lovingkindness that has made her (by far) the single most important person in the last years of Paulette's life. Paulette continues to be comfortable and, as possible, to enjoy life, but she cannot express "gratitude." On the other hand, *I* will be grateful to Jill Piazzi for the rest of MY life.
